I bought a 96 3000gt SL about a month ago and want to put new mufflers on it. I want Mufflers that sound not to loud but loud enough where you can tell its not stock mufflers.Ive been looking at like Kool vue, and Dynomax.Are these nice sounding or have another option. im looking to spend bout 150 dollars for 2. any information would be much appreciated

Honestly, I think Magnaflows sound better on our cars than Flowmasters. In fact, I think Magnaflows sound better on pretty much anything.
The flowmaster "universal" system looks like crap, I'd avoid anything bigger than a muffler that is "Universal". That usually means it doesn't fit anything well. But to put a couple good sounding mufflers on the car, you'll need different piping since the stock system doesn't actually split the exhaust.
I'd pick the mufflers and tips you want, and have a local exhaust shop build the catback for them.
