Well i got new rotors cause i needed new brakes just awhile ago... and my old ones were all rusty and nasty and looked bad with the rims... well the new ones looked awesome until it rained and they got all rusty.. is there some cleaner you can put on them to keep them looking nice and silver or is there no hope?? by the way they're just the normal rotors.. i didn't have the money for drilled and slotted

Just go for a drive. A little braking will take the rust right off. It's normal - don't worry about it.
I think he is talking about the edges and center of the rotors.... All rotors do that unless they are treated with something, I got a set of rotors from Raceconcepts and they are Zinc coated so they dont rust. I dont think that there is really any thing out there that will keep them looking clean unless you take the rotors off clean them with a wire brush then use some Caliper paint, or some other type of High temp paint and paint the parts that the pads dont touch....That would be about the only way of keeping them nice looking....
When I bought my rotors from this place, they sent them to be cadmium plated. I think it was $15 per rotor. You could send them an email (link on the website) and they may be able to help. They responded very quickly to my requests. I can tell you that mine still look very good after about 8 months on the car. Hope this helps.
