its possible,i imagine, it seems to have three positions though...

 

^ I think somebody suggested that a while back and I don't think that's what it did.

I don't know if I ever got an answer on that one when I was reading up on it, but I did notice the switch last time I had my climate control out.

 

i just wonder because im going to be putting it in and want to know what it does...lol

 

Put it in and put the switch into all three positions and see what it does...maybe it's some kind of reset switch, dimming unit, it could be a lot of things.

 

i guess im going to be the pioneer :bandit: ill update when i put it in this weekend...

All it does is to move the red illuminated bar below (HOT) on the climate contol up one notch.


The switch was in the middle position when I started and the climate control looked like this:

After moving the switch to the right, the red illuminated bar below (HOT) on the climate contol moved up one notch.
Like this:

As you can see the little red bar is now at the top.
Appears to be a setting for the heat level?? or something?

When I moved the switch to the left it did not appear any different, although it still made an electronic buzzing sound...so something was happening.

I tried moving the switch several times, and the above is what happened in all cases...
