AEM Tuning Issues - Rev Limiter, 2-step, NLS

Hey everyone, I've been trying to work out some issues with my ems tune.

If I hit my rev-limiter while in boost, especially hard accel in 1st gear, it'll seem like it loads up on fuel and runs rough for 10-20 secs and then starts to smooth out.

Also, with my 2-step. I've read many people being able to create a lot of boost with this. If I create more then 12psi or so it starts to misfire (not normal 2-step sound) and if I let off gas it stalls/runs rough or if I try to launch it'll backfire and run rough much like it does when it hits the rev limiter.

With my No Lift Shift it is normally fine, but sometimes it'll bog/run rough for a couple secs when I hit the next gear.

Is there something I'm missing or is it just fine tuning it to my setup?

Are you spraying methanol when it happens?.

There`s a possibility if you`re using spark cut rev-limiter/ NLS the plugs are being fouled as the spark is cut and it`s running rough as a result.

I used fuel cut NLS for ages with no problem, switched over to spark cut and suffered the same symptoms as you (I don`t have an AEM fitted though). I`ve gone back to fuel cut NLS and all is well again..

I used to be able to get away with Spark Cut NLS but when I redid my meth injection with higher psi pump and much larger injectors that no longer worked... I have since wired in the solenoid from my meth kit to cut meth during shifts.

I'll have to go try it out some...I'm not sure it's been much of an issue lately. I don't use my NLS much.

Are you also cutting timing over fuel, or fuel over timing, or both at an equal percent? Do a full pull from 1st thru 3rd with your NLS settings and post the log. It helps t see where your timing, fuel trims, and AFR #'s are stationed at the gearshift points. I do not download winzip from the site as I cant see what's in it till I download it. :(
