just so you know, these are on ebay for a Buy it NOw Price of $602. The shipping is $59. That makes for a shipped price of $661. i think this is what i will be doing this summer, along with some nice tires Costco style. heh.

18 x 9

u got any 18" x 9" same style?

 

The seller says that 18x9's are too wide for the SL! I think he's wrong. Alot of guys on this board have used 18x9's w/o a problem. Any thoughts?

 

Is this HCF chrome bullshit or not? I don't know if I buy this 'new technology' stuff, not to mention the ridiculously low price it comes at. Anyone actually had these before?

this kinda chrome is nice

This kinda chrome looks GOOD, and is pretty much as advertised, although I can't vouch for it's "never ever ever flakes" but it looks like it holds up better than reg. chrome and shines just as bright.

I might be interested in a set.

1. I believe the seller, dohccivicna1250, is Darkside Racing, which would qualify them as a reputable dealer IMO.

2. The deal looks VERY good, maybe too good to be true if I didn't already trust this seller. Pricing for 18x8 Akunin on the net comes up to around $210/ea ($180/ea lowest price i could find) and that's in silver only. Can only find the "fake chrome" ones in 17x# sizes.

So, can anyone verify that these are really 18x8 hyperchromes?
