If your car is equipped with an AEM EMS ECU, this tool can still communicate with the ABS computer, ECS, SRS, Cruise control, Climate control, ETACS, and automatic tranny. Everything but the AEM EMS engine ECU can be communicated with.

So this will work with the 94 Dodge stealth RT if Dodge stealth RT it's the model that has the the 2nd generation plug but the 1st generation computer so no diagnostic tool will hook up to it I got it the diagnostic tools don't read the computer
