Recently got one from eBay, hoping you might be able to help troubleshoot.

1994 Dodge Stealth RT 5 speed - I don't seem to have communication with my OBD2 port. I've tried using my trusty bluetooth OBD2 reader and also your scan tool, neither can establish a connection. Do you happen to know any tests or troubleshooting tips for checking the OBD2 port?

1994 = OBD2 style port, but no OBD2 communication, it communicates as MUT. Did you remember to go to configuration menu and change ECU protocol to MUT ? After that is done, move the switch from OBD1 to OBD2. Ignition key must be set to RUN position and not just the first ignition key click.
