So I am having a minor issue on my car. There is some minor paint bubbling occurring on one of the rear panels of my car and I was wondering what the best way to go about repairing it is. This is a picture of where the rust is located.
It is not noticeable just by looking at the car however there is some bubbling going on right where that panel meets the bumper. As far as I know this panel is not removable and therefore not replaceable. Will a body shop have problems repairing rust located here?
