I'm trying to get rid of all my cars leaks and have been checking over everything. I noticed that one of the studs in the lower intake manifold is not threading 100%
How can I fix this? I remember a post where odin or weedman had to helicoil the lower intake manifold to remedy this. What exactly is involved with helicoiling?
Could I just use a bolt and nut in place of the stud? Isn't the gasket between the upper and lower intake manifold held in place by those studs when re-installing the upper intake manifold?
