so about a week ago i pulled out of my drive way and from about 2000 rpm to 3000 rpm it stutters/hesitates. i changed the spark plugs and put a new o2 sensor on and i still have the problem. i have not gotten any check engine lights either??

No... this is another problem. The hesitation can be several things, like a plug gap, coil pack or cables, but the first thing to check is your battery connections, like byebye_sti said.
I have the same problem, but in a turbo engine... a few months ago, when we replace the batt, the stupid guy forgot (?) to tighten the battery cables... we change everything until discovery that... and the car running like a champ now...
Have you messed with the throttle position sensor recently? If this is not right, you will have stuttering. I had this same problem once...changed plugs, wires, fuel filter and o2 sensors, and then it was fine. As mentioned before, clean the MAF.
ok ive been hearing a lot about the mass air flow sensor and so i took it off and drove it around and the hesitation and stutter goes away but it just runs crappy should i get a new one??
