12 Air Flow Censor???

has anyone had probs. w/ the air flow censor? when i unplug mine it runs better/faster. i have a 92 es stealth w/custom ram air and flow master exaust and with the censor plugged in the engine makes a rumble and wants to backfire

, but is smooth w/o it plugged in

..., but will it cause later probs, or can it be replaced??? help please.

but with or without it i still show all the mustangs, cameros and anything w/o a lt1, or 5.o engine who's boss in this town

What's 12?

Check the base timing first, then try another AFM.

It's probably not too good to go hauling ass with it unplugged. Plus, you get like 2 mpg.

when you put your ram-air on did you damage the honeycomb? another possibility... good luck and safe travels.

p.s. you should take on some of those 5.slow if they are stock and you have a manual tranny... see how you do

modded they can be monsters, of course
