I live in Warren, which isn't too far from your location. I have a set of chromed 16x8 rims that you can pick up for a mere $50. They were used during the winter so the chrome is pitted and peeling, but your requirement was that they only be straight.

I think that you could get them re-chromed or even sand blasted and powder coated for a reasonable price. In any case, I'm not sure what the cost would be to restore them...but that's why the decent price for all 4.

The attached picture are the style, but not the actual rim. I included it just for reference.

What is the offset on those wheels?

 

Stock 16x8 rims have a 46mm offset...this applies to these wheels as well.

 

I have a set of 16x8 which are in pretty good condition.. The chrome is peelin in very little areas since htey were used in winter..but you cant really tell if your more than 4 feet away from teh car.. They come with lowpro tires on them also. I only want 450 for all four rims and tires. I have more pics if you are interested. Once again They are 7 spoke Chrome 16x8 rims with Low pro tires.
