I just broke off the head of a screw and the nut of the screw. So i'm left with no way to unscrew the motherfawker out. I've tried using a smaller metal stick and tried to hammer it out but didn't work. What would you guys do in this situation? Oh by the way I used half a bottle of wd-40 and didn't help at all. Thanks in advance.

Depending where it is, maybe try to drill through it or use a torch?... or try PB blaster, works great.

So you broke the head of the screw off and the nut on the other end holding it on. So that means there is nothing but the shaft left.

Is the hole threaded that the shaft is in? If not, then just knock the shaft out with a punch and hammer. If it is threaded, then you have to drill it out or try an easy out bit + drill bit.

I don't think it is threaded. Why would you have a nut on the other end if it were threaded.

heat it with a blowtorch then try the hammer and punch. If you can't get it out with a hammer, you are gonna have to drill it out. You could always use a dremel to cut a slot in one end of the bolt ...so you can use a BIG blade screwdriver on it, but more than likely you'l end up drilling it out then tapping new threads in the spot.

PB blaster is good stuff, as is liquid wrench. WD40 works ok, i like liquid wrench better.
