The rx7 models were called "sleeklights", and never ever fit right or were not very good quality. The thread that is linked is EXACTLY what you're looking for and what I will likely be buying.

 

Nodstination1's headlights are badass don't get me wrong. I would be in for a set myself. However they are not in production yet and don't have a projected release date yet. I'm not dogging him at all tho i commend him for making something like that. But for the people that want something now, the rx7's can be made to fit. I already ordered a set for my 93 stealth, and will be doing the conversion next month.

And for those that are not in need of something now i recommend you check out Nodestination1 for his up and coming headlights.

aight well for now maybe ill just look into getting the HID kits, grrr just wish i could find out where to get the new headlight brackets or w/e

 

What are you looking to do? You could get 2nd gen headlight buckets in the for sale section from someone parting out a 2nd gen and also 2nd gen headlights, hood, and bumper etc and convert to a second gen front end. Then later the 99 bumper and lights would be easy to install

For HID's DDM Tuning - HID Kits, DEPO Lights, BMW Bumpers & Lighting is by far the best place I've found to get HID's.

i just want HID's mainly, was thinking about getting the new bulb housing and then just getting an HID kit. The main pain for me is that stupid bracket rotting away on me that holds the lens in, i had to weld bits and pieces on the one that crumbled when i had to replace a burnt out sealed one. From what i can see just looking at the other one it looks worse. i wish i could find someone that just makes that piece.....

 

if i get one of those kits is there anything else i would need other than just the bulb housing/lens to fit it?

 

You shouldn't need anything else beside the h4 housing. The ddm tuning kits are plug and play. Just make sure you hit the hi/low option so you'll still have brights. I have the kit on my 92 and love it.

Okay since I now know what bezel youre looking for now I'll keep an eye out for one. Some place has to have them, or you could check with stealthee or one of the sellers parting out 1st gen.

Yup either of those should do. I don't know about the projectors, don't recall seeing anything bad about them but the ones above will do ya just fine
