Been putting this off for too long. If you've been following my thread you know all about it. I have been running this setup now for about a year without any issues. Get rid of those ugly braided fuel lines and have a custom clean look no one else has. http://www.3si.org/forum/f1/upgrading-fuel-setup-430817/index22.html#post5746851

As you can see from the pics I've now moved the fuel pressure gauge from the end of the FPR to the end of the fuel rail. It was right up against the cold pipe and this new position offers a much better view of the gauge itself while adding extra clearance to the cold pipe and fpr. No worries now.

Even though it's not 100% complete I'd figure I'd put this out there to get an idea of who would like a set. This way I can get an get all my materials ordered.

What I'm offering are Custom Stainless Steel Tubing feed lines, Custom FPR Bracket and Custom Fuel Rails. What you will also need are all the EARLS fittings and a feed hose from your fuel filter to the y-block. While I can source those parts for you I would have to add a surcharge to it. I'll list some pricing so everyone gets an idea as there many options available. I'm sure I'm missing something here but we'll just start with this.

Please remember that the Stainless Steel Tubing is all custom made by hand and test fitted on each and every setup as fitment is critical. I have sourced a bunch of different fuel rails so this can be had by anyone, so please ask first if I have your rail setup available. Each setup will take time to complete as it's not something I stock on the shelves. I figure one set per week to start till I can get the swing of things.

Sorry for the price adjustment but these are talking alot longer to make than I originally thought. Anyone already in the list I will honor the old pricing.

Anyone wanting full kits I'm going to have to ask for a $100 deposit. Payable to (oohnoo@optonline.net)
What I need to know is how much of a full kit you want?

Then I would need to know what kind of hose you want..Stainless or Black Woven....Think I also might just go with Kevlar Braided Teflon lined hose and be done with it. Cost a little more but you'll never have to worry about E-85 fuel or fuel vapors leaching from the hose. AND I will probably will only be fabbing one end on the hose. This is because everyone has different sets and would be routing the hose a little different. It' s easy to put the end on. I'll post up some how-to video's I've found on Youtube.

UPDATE: People have asked if I can get the adapters in Black and the answer is Yes. So now you have a choice of all the adapters in EARLS Blue or Black. I'm sure other manufactors have them also but I only use EARLS. I think there's only two adapters I use on the return and those are XRP's as Earl don't make the ones I need.
Only other issue is the Magnafuel Y-Block only comes in Blue. So please when specifing your kit please add the color choice of adapters...BLUE or BLACK. Once I have ordered some adapters for a customer I'll post up some pics.

Just an FYI...Here's a brief list of all the EARLS fittings you will have to source. I will email the buyer a complete parts list of all fittings necessary. Shit adds up fast.......

Yes. If you're buying them with my SS Tubing the mounting holes will be counter sunk for flat head allen bolts which will be included as shown in some of the pics. Otherwise if your only buying the fuel rails they will use normal oem bolts unless you want them countersunk and include the bolts which I can do for a few extra dollars.

I'd need one to measure to see if they have the same mounting holes and if all the other dimensions are the same.....Guess I 'll take a ride out to my local speed shop as they have one in the display cabinet. I know he'll let me spec it out as I do side work for them.

what baout if your using an aeromotive a1000 fpr

I have 3sx fuel rails with 8an fittings is there anyway you can make this work with my fuel rails?

Holy Crap! This is the sexiest fuel setup that I've seen on a 3S. Good thing I'm upgrading my entire fuel system next. I'll definitely be getting it.

#13 ·
So if you currently have the stock setup and wanted all the bells and whistles there you'd be looking at around $700?

Sweet looking setup. Your discussion in the first thread about standard SS braided hoses leaking fumes and breaking down over time have me concerned about my existing IPO dual feed setup that I bought a few years ago. I'm sure you're sick of answering a million questions, but I have to ask, would your setup work with the stock fuel rails and the IPO AN fuel rail adapters? If so, I'm interested in getting a setup.

sooo where's the grand total for everything end to end? :p (well..from firewall forward anyway)

I know it's a bit of a silly question...but this sort of thing would be fine for 1200hp E85 setups? any idea what might be a limitation? (just putting it out there as your design is spot on as far as I'm concerned)

Lol! I had a feeling this would come out this way, they look so similar!

Still, could you do my lines without the fittings? (i want black fittings, thats why) Could we discuss further through PM so we dont clutter up your thread?

Can you guys start a list so I know who definitly wants set and I can schedule things. Anyone wanting the full kit I still have to figure the full price. Some have asked about adding the Fuelab fuel filter and fuel line from there so please bear with me while I figure things out. If your still want it but waiting on total price still add your name to the list.

Questions though: Will "Kit #4" include the following or will there be a "Kit #6" which includes everything from #4 and the following?

MagnaFuel Y-Block, Pressure Gauge, Gauge Adapter, AN Port Adapter (8), Feed AN Port Adapter, 90° Female AN Swivel (2), O-Ring Boss 90° Adapter, 45° Push Lock End

#31 ·
Kit #4 is the FULL kitandcaboodle.....includes everything from the fuel filter adapter for oem filter or even Fuelab fuel filter if you choose, hose, y-block, lines, adapter, etc....EVERYTHING! Only options you'll have is which fuel filter you'll be using (oem vers Fuelab), feed hose size(-6an or -8an) and type of hose (Earls stainless or woven braided hose or Teflon hose which is compatible with all fuels including E85 which also comes in stainless braided or woven and color of Fuelab fuel pressure regulator. ALL of those parts you can source yourself. If I have to buy them I have to charge a surcharge. I do have two complete set of parts but use one for mock-ups as I test every set.

Ok so i dont think i saw a direct answer to this. But are the rails a stock replacement? So you you could just get the fuel rails and bolt them in. I have the 3sx kit minus the fue rails and would like to replace them now that i've decided to run nitrous also... So if they are direct fit count me in for a set of just the rails

Yes my Fuel Rails are a direct bolt on. I would not say a stock replacement as they have -an fittings on the ends.
You can order those now as I have plenty in stock. Price is $175 + shipping, figure $10 for shipping via UPS. Paypal (oohnoo@optonline.net)
