Yet another front end question...

Unfortunately, I experienced my first accident yesterday in my 3000GT when the front passenger corner of my car got clipped by a lady driving by. Basically, I will be getting an entire new front end and blinkers.

I have been looking to make the best of the situation by possibly getting a new front end and of course the new front end will get rid of all the nicks on the front, so I'm not overly disturbed by the event.

From looking around, my options seem like a 94-96 front end, 97-98 front end, 99 front end, Bomex front end.
- The 94-96 is what I obviously have
- I like my 94-96 front end better than the 97-98
- I like the 99 front end with the larger opening for the intercooler, but rumor has it that I would need new headlights which are very expensive
- The Bomex front end looks interesting, but the sharp lines of it wouldn't match the smooth stock lines of my 95

Suggestions? Other good front ends to look at that would compliment my stock 95 body? If all else fails, I will just go with another 95 front end.

For comparison, here's the pic of my babies. The one damaged is the one on the right:

The headlights and mounting brackets are exactly the same size for your car and a '99. The difference is the side marker lights. You can put a '99 front end on with your existing lights and it will match up with your fenders so you won't have to change the corners either. I looked into this myself and have the parts paperwork. I was going to scan it for you but I can't find it at the moment.

You can go to http://www.parts.com and look up the parts for both years. Next to the part description and numbers you can open up a window that shows pics you can compare. The headlight and other part numbers are the same with only the years different.

So basically get new blinkers and I'm good to go for a 99 front end? If so, thats not too bad because the passenger side one is busted out.
OK, I know the headlights are interchangeable because I've seen them. It looks as though if you put on the '99 nose you will also have to go with the '99 fenders also, and then change out the corner lights for '99s that will match up with your headlights. The reason you can see by the drawings below is because the '94 -'96 nose has the corner lights in the nose piece.

Here is '99 bumper cover (nose) and related parts. http://www.parts.com/schematics/images/6/6230814.gif

Looks like it'll probably be another 95 bumper for me. Any other suggestions before I go through with it?
