Looks like correct size. Make sure they include a gasket

If your aircharger is round than it may if it is the right diameter. If it is the aircharger I have (for eclipse) then it will not work. This is the cheapest intake I have seen.
$20 for adapter and
$45 for universal filter from www.jegs.com.
I wish I would have known this before I bought mine.

Oh ya, it is round---haven't seen it since i took it off my stealth a few months ago...lol.

will that site u sent me include a gasket w/the eclipse adapter?

That should take you to the list of filters. Mine did not come with a gasket, I didnt think I needed one? You still have to get the adapter from the site you posted but I dont think that it comes with a gasket either, but I dont think you need a gasket on that either. There was no gaskets on the stock airbox when I took it apart. Hope this helps, an intake for $60 is a good deal.

The one I got before didn't fit tightly but some RTV blue fixed it right up!
