Will the second generation 3000VR-4 skirts and door panels fit on a second generation Stealth TT? Are any mods. required? How would it look? Are the fenders, front and rear, the same on the
3000/Stealth?

Should swap out painlessly. Everything's the same size, if you can get what you have off and on, there should be no problem putting another model/generation skirt on.

You will also need the Door Caps.

But the lines on the Front and rear bumper will match fine.
