Who says that you need a tach adaptor when using a MSD Dis-4
I called the rep for MSD and he said that you don't need three tach adaptors to use the tach in our car. Someone said that you did need the tach addaptors or you couldnt run the factory tach. Whats the correct ansewer?

I'd like to know the answer to that as well because I am wanting to get the MSD.
My tach didn't work without the two tach adaptors. You don't need three, you need two. 
Order them from Summit Racing - they have the best prices on the adapters and the MSD unit.
why do you only need two adaptors? The tech at MSD said you dont need any adapters. How do you have the two connected? More importantly did you ever try it w/o adapters?
each adapter is good for 2 coil packs, so that's why you need 2 adapters.
