When I install my reciever what type of crimp should I use and what size? I don't know the gauge of the wires on my reciever. I don't have access to the car and want to have these things when the car gets here. Thanks.

Solder? Really? We installed the stereo reciever in my truck with the crimp connectors and it works fine. Soldering seems it would be much more difficult.

Yeah, i mean crimping will work and all, but for the best possible connection and the best possible install, you must solder. It is not even that much harder. I actually think it is easier, because you wire up the harnesses and then solder, then tape, and then zip ties and you have much neater wiring then a pile of wires with crimp caps that can eventually come apart. But do what is best for you. Just telling the truth. Good luck on the install.
