So what kind of bolts should I get for the exhuast system? Do I need hardened bolts or what? 2 of the 3 bolts that hook the manifold to the turbo snapped off when I was taking off the manifold. I borred out the hole but I can't get it all the way so I need a smaller size bolt, and nut for the other end. I'm temporarily using regular nuts and bolts, but I doubt they won't melt after a while. I need something stronger. I've looked around for other bolts, but no one around here has anthing I need. I'll probably need to order something online, so if anyone knows of where to buy that stuff that would be great.

Just grade 8 bolts should be fine. You don't need any kind of "special" bolts for exhaust systems. What you WILL need to do is install the bolts, take the car out for a good half hour to an hour and drive relatively hard and then re-tighten them to insure a good solid seal with them :) Good luck!

What exactly does grade 8 mean? Right now I'm just using bolts from the local hardware store that probably aren't ment to take high temperatures, so I'm not sure how long they will hold.
