Okay, so I managed to get things going for the most part.
My car is missing its transmission (how I bought it, a 91 stealth R/T)
But I've spent the past weeks obtaining bolts to get the rocker covers on, and air intake secured.
Got everything I can plugged in where it's supposed to. Spark plugs in, so got the battery in and I can only describe a vaccum noise erupted? The engine wouldn't turn over either... anybody every experience this vaccum noise?

Need to try to replicate it and post vid on it

What I would do before that
I would definitely turn the engine over by hand with the spark plugs out to relief pressure on compression strokes making it easier to turn the engine over by hand double checking the timing Mark's
they have to be dead on
If you do this and your having trouble turning the engine over still the Mark's should speak for themselves that the engine is out of timing
