darksideracing are you required to cut the 99 bumper where the intercooler piping is in order for it to fit?

I believe there is a little trimming of the bumper required. You can ask AL3K about the install, he wrote a huge article about it. there is a link on 3si to it somewhere in one of the posts. thank you
