there is definetly something wrong with that car. It should go 0-60 in about 5.5 seconds. If you're looking to buy it don't do it, unless you have someone check it out.
VR4 turbos
Hey guys, i've been test driving a 91 VR4, and I keep feeling it isn't running fast enough. I feel that maybe the turbos are out. I can feel them in 1st gear, but that's it. Also when i'm driving say 40 mph, and i push on the gas, i don't feel a turbo tug like i did on an mx-6 turbo. This is the first vr4 i've driven, so i don't know what they feel like. Also, it did 0-60 in 7.3 seconds and i think that's slower than it should be. What do you guys think?

Yeah, that's what i thought, but the car does hit 80 in 2nd gear. Do you have any ideas on what it could be?
kight be a boost leak. It might just be that the car needs its 60K mile tune up. I've heard that these cars can have a real lag in performance if the spark plugs and wires are crappy. Since I don't actually own a 3S, I can't give you an expert opinion, just a little of what i've picked up on since i've been on this board.
