turbo upgrade

I have a question regarding dynamic racings turbo upgrades. My turbos are leaking oil really bad... smoke pours out the exhuast when i punch it and the turbos finally kick in.. its not the engine cuz its practically new from the dealer with 40k miles... so i was wondering, since my turbos are in pretty bad condition, can dynamic racing still rebuild them so they work like a new pair would? i plan on getting 650s

I think it depends on how bad they've gotten. But why dont you just give them a call?
