It would be cheaper to transplant a J-Spec engine, or go with the new Supercharger kit. I talked to TEC a while ago, and they said that a single turbo kit for the N/A would run well over $8K.
I suppose you could swap the exhaust manifolds, and all the necessary parts, however, you couldn't run much over about 5 or 6 psi on the stock compression. And that would still be quite a bit of cash for the swap.
