your factory solenoid that controls the turbo pressure might be worn... i have heard of this more often than not. get a boost controller to solve that problem

my 92 vr4 stock is 9psi, but when i hooked up my boost gauge it read 7 psi at full throttle, is there something wrong or just the turbos are worn?

Mine's a solid 6 too - MBC going in later this week. BTW 91 Octane is a bitch - can't run that 14psi I wanted to without Alky
