turbo backpressure and bra??

496 Views 4 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  Turbo Tension
first question- what are those mini bras I see on many of the stealths on the forum. They are just a strip between the lights, dont cover the front of car at all. And who makes, besides the rip-off of a company, dodge.

Im gettting backpressure, then awful lag from either a turbo, or a loose hose or something. Is there a way to check this without pulling the turbo's. Everyone I take it to sends me elseware. Every mechanic ive been to cant understand this engine. Degenerates...

appreciate any help.thanks

u mean the part of the whole bra system that is just on the hood? It's part of the whole bra system-the part on the hood. :D

They're "hood protectors". The only company that makes the is Dodge..I assume you're talking about the ones that say Stealth on them?? They've also been out of production for years, so the only way to get one is buy one used, or have one custom made...

Hope this helps
Colgan makes the one piece hood bra. No fancy stitching or anything, but I've heard they're nice & reasonably priced too.
yeah, but that goes all the way to the edges of the hood, and up above the lights. I have one. I also have the hood piece that he's referring too.
