Is it possible to tune a 99 base ecu for a 94 SL? Ive heard the 99 ecu’s are the only ones that are read & write, would it be possible to flash tunes onto that for a 94 SL? One came up for sale around me for $50, would rather spend that than $6-800 on a Jester Chrome if possible. I know tuning a stock ecu is a lot more limiting than one made to be tuned, but still, is it possible? Only thing Im really looking for is a simple hp boost as well as a little decel pop-tune. Also new to this tuning typa stuff, sorry if what Im saying doesnt make sense :3

I did some research you should look into Emanage many people say it’s cheaper and easier

Yeah only curious because someone near me is parting out, and $50 for something I can even remotely tune my car with is as far as Im willing to go at the moment since it's only a 30 minute drive.
