I called some local shos and the quoted mt $500 for a nonpower and 800 for a power one. But an after market one may not line up with the lines of the car, outside or inside. There are multiple posts on this topic...do a search for more info.
I have a power aftermarket roof, and all I can really say is make sure you find a reputable place with a lifetime warranty. Mine was installed by a company that had been there 20 years (so I doubt they were going to go anywhere should I ever need the warranty). It looks great from the outside, but on the inside it overlaps slightly with the lights.
