my clutch engagement height changes depending on the temperature. Whats up with that? When i first start driving, it has small pedal play, and engages near the floor. The colder the weather, the more play i have. When its really cold, it doesn't seem to fully disengage. After about 10 minutes of driving or less, the pedal has NO play, and engages about halfway to the floor. What can be causing this?

I'm guessing you have air in the clutch hydraulic system. When air is cold it is more compact, when the air is warm-it expands; thus, changing the volume of fluid you are forcing against the slave.
Try bleeding your system. I bet that will do it.
