Stock VR4 rims are not directional which means you can put any rim on any side. However your tires may be. To tell there will be an arrow on the sidewall of the tire. Make sure those are pointing forward.

I would double check around the outside of your rims. My Stock 92 VR4 rims are specified R and L. I didn't find this out until I went to replace a rim that the previous owner messed up. The rims are not what I would concider directional, but they are.
