edit sorry for the flip flop, but on second sober thought, I think I may suck it up and either gut my own eventually (since removing seems to be a real pain as well). Or if I want to go through that much effort to remove it I might just splurge on new eliminator for a bit more $.

Although this is a 1st gen rear cat, it will work for anyone who has a down pipe that is "double drilled" or has two sets of holes. ie non e-bay.
