I probably made a stupid mistake somewhere.. So, I replaced my rear speakers, and added a sub to my car. I am powering them both with a 800x4 rockford fosgate amp. Whenever I turn the engine on, I get a high pitched whine from the back speakers when the system is on, but only when the engine is on. It gets higher and higher pitched as I push in the gas more. What did I do wrong?

Thanks

Jesse

Hey

How could you not like that sound!!

To remove it, ground all your grounds to one location. I personally like it because I tell chicks I have a turbo;)

get your grounds together and tight, if that does not work then make sure you are not running the signal cable and power cable next to each other, they should be as far apart as possible

"tell them you have a turbo" LOL!:D
