I'm installing an Atoto aftermarket double DIN stereo and would like to keep the steering wheel controls. I've read through historical posts and most folks mention having success with the PAC SWI-RC interface. However, I can't find anyone still selling them (listed as OOS just about everywhere).
Is there another option with which folks have had success?

Thanks baloo. I did research Crutchfield but they didn't list any products for use with our cars. I dug deeper into 3Si and found a post from a few years ago stating he had success using the PAC SWI-Jack model. I found one in CA and it should arrive this weekend. I'll post results here after I try it out.

So the SWI-JACK arrived and I tried installing it over the weekend. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get it to work with my car ('91 Stealth R/T). I recently replaced the head unit with an ATOTO F7 XE. rossb I'm hoping you can give me a little guidance. Two conerns- did I wire it correctly and am I programming it correctly.

I believe I've connected it properly using 3 wires from the SWI-JACK (red>power, black>ground and green>stock steering wheel wire harness). I also plugged the 3.5mm plug from the SWI-JACK to the steering wheel plug wire on the ATOTO. I set the rotary switch to 7 (other). After trying numerous methods to program the unit a Youtube video suggested unplugging the 3.5mm jack and instead directly wiring the blue/yellow wire from the SWI-JACK to the orangs steering wheel + wire on the ATOTO. Still no luck. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?
