Seems to be pretty well known what to gap the pulgs at on a Turbo car. But how's about those of us with the DOHC NA's? What should the plugs be gapped to for the 222 engines?

Thanks!

Oh yeah, forgot the other half of my question last night...

HOW do you gap the plugs? I've got the little silver-dollar sized gap measurer tool thingy. Do you just brace the plug, insert the round tool and tap the end of hte pulg with a hammer? Or is there some other special way?

Thanks!

I just tap the spark plug on my workbench and then put the tool to gap the spark plug in it and open the gap to where you need it. If you hit it with a hammer then you risk damaging the electrode.
