Pressure test...Check to see if the y-pipe came off or is loose from the throttle body.

My car just quit running no with CEL plenty of voltage good oil pressure and it's not over heating???? No visual blown ic pipes that I've seen... I unplugged the battery and it starts when I plug it up but sluggish and high idle like blown ic pipe

Tbolts are still tight!!
Check your maf. Try unplugging it to see if the car runs differently.
