I recently replaced my lash adjusters on my 92 TT with the big bore lash adjusters a couple months back and ever since then when I initially go to accelerate after warming up the car a get an oil smell and a big puff of whiteish colored smoke. it normally goes away after I drive it a bit. I put full synthetic 10w-30 oil in it as well. Just trying to see if anyone has had this issue or knows what it could be. Any info is appreciated.

Sounds like valve stem seals. They get old and dried out and leak as a result, especially on warm up and acceleration. It's probably coincidence that it appeared now, or maybe you jostled the valves enough changing the lifters enough to make the problem more apparent. Overall it isn't that big of a deal if you can live with burning a bit of oil. Getting to the valve stem seals is a bit more complicated than the lifters as it requires you to actually remove the cams, which means you'll have to redo the timing as well.
