condensed and updated into one thread, with a few new items

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In an effort to keep threads on topic, If you have a car for sale, or an item
requiring freight delivery, the location MUST be stated in the initial post.

We have seen a recent trend toward people making multiple user id's for various reasons. This is often to hide negative feedback that was posted
from previous business dealings, or to circumvent some action taken by admins to restrict forum access or usage.
This denies members the ability to see feedback, and to search for transactions by the users true identity, and has resulted in a variety
of conflicts.
Also, note, it is VERY easy for mods/admins to run an IP search...
So, If you create or use more then one id, all but the primary will be banned.
The primary will be banned permanently from classifieds. This will at least allow you to respond on the primary to the buyer/seller section, but the days of doing business on 3si will be over.
If you are aware of anyone doing this, or get pm's from someone using another account, please let us know in order to protect the legitimate
buyers and sellers of 3si.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Banned seller list:
If you go to the bottom of the main page, and click on "forum leaders", then
scroll all the way to the end, you will see a list of people banned from selling on 3si. If you choose to do business with them, it is at your own risk, as there were many unresolved past issues before they were banned.
If you get unsolicited pm's or offers from these people, please forward them to a moderator or admin to protect yourself and other board members

There have been several issues lately with trader ratings, so to alleviate
confusion we decided a post may help clear it up.
In many instances, there have been sellers leaving "revenge negatives" on
buyers. If you sell an item that is defective, not properly described, or
not shipped, you the SELLER deserve a negative. This does NOT give the
seller the right to leave a negative on the buyer. The seller made a mistake, at best, or was deceptive or failed to deliver the merchandise. The buyer
did nothing wrong.
This has caused several recent suspensions, and takes a lot of mod time, as
we get pm's, e-mails etc., then a global mod must get involved to correct the undeserved negative.
I hope this clears up any confusion

Thanks
