These mishimoto dual fans they move air but not as fast as the OEM dual speed fans tripped on High
Note if you look at the back of the OEM fan motors 2 wires go into the left and 2 wires go into the right side of each fan motor
( for low and high speeds per fan ) with resistor
These mishimoto fans when applied to 12 volts directly they blow just fine as if the oem fans turned on low
there only 2 wire for one speed (mishimoto fans)
So others previously to me doing this swap for clearance to the fan shroud and or fan frames have used other slim fans or have ran dual AC fans pulling the deeper frame Radiator fan (passenger side) out an run dual AC OEM fans rewired on the Radiator fan side

Here is a pic of the clearance that I have
Will see how these mishimoto fans work for me some have cooling issues with them
others get away with it working just fine
But I'll have these constant always on (engine on when warmed up) see how they do

Yeah it's pretty tight everything dry fitted loosely nothing is torqued down yet
I see you did a clutch boost delete.
Did you notice any main difference?

Cheers LBZ

3mm high temp 20ft vacuum hose off ebay seller I'll dig up and attach link here
Replacing all off the engine bay vacuum hoses takes 19.5ft this is also replacing cruise control vacuum hose which I still have as well

Yeah I forgot all about deleting the clutch booster
hard line still there on fire wall rubber vacuum capped off
But booster is gone
Made my clutch feel so much more natural old school spring back feeling for my clutch engages now where you find the kick back midway out of clutch this way I just push it to the floor to start up and I don't have to keep kicking all the way to the floor to shift gears specially when you wanna try to stay in boost
Blue printed syncros as well on this 5 speed and my BOV might chirp off between shifts and I might have a 1sec bog before you feel the turbo (boost) kick back in very fun to drive it is

Also kept my active areo still works just fine
While back I was trying to get with Retro spec and get everything exterior they had including wide body kit all in carbon fiber and some 1 off wheels from Fordgeline built to fit wide body
But can't seem to keep the car up and running so kinda fell thru at the moment
But I was gonna get with APR performance and have a front lip active aero with and custom built front air dam that worked with the active aero with the retrospec front lip reinforced of course but might have to save this for down the road a ways now
How I want to end the car build

Getting stroker motor right now is little out of the range
Putting a moderate conservative tune on my ride should be good to go for now
My plan of attack after she back together and dyno tuned

With the PS Cooler installed tried to find some bigger hose in my garage
Got tired of looking for a hose to fit
Bust out the brand new nylon braided stainless steel oil cooler hose
I still have enough for oil cooler just needed something to finish this job up with

Foam padding down bottom foam padding strait down the back side on both sides of the support bracket that used to hold the factory horns
Foam padded zip straps

1 side adhesive padding

For interests in that compact horn it sounds just like this video link
Fast forward to 1:45 for the music
Fella talk real soft but the horn makes up for it
But be warned turn your D*** volume down lol
Thanks for the video of the horn. Im thinking about ordering 2 of them. :)

Trying to keep full weight car but I keep deleting things for the love of speed
Going to car shows and playing but trying to keep as much as I can for the oem stock look for people that don't own these cars when they look at it
So engine bay is still a bit crowded
Plus if I have a flat tire just pop the spare on might not get far lol
OEM to the car with DOT code on tire but I've been taking good care of it so it isn't dry rot

Bursts from a map torch
Heat the pipes up a lil
Wiped gluey residue off
Finished up with some sand paper

Note transmission fluid is flammable when heated up a good bit
Why I did used short bursts from the torch

Gonna gut the insulation be looking kinda suspect as I might need a haz mat suit lol
Gonna repack with pillow pack cotton from nearest fabric store

I Had these up for sale
think I'm gonna pop them back in the car from the first owners purchase thru best buy of all places in those days
Let me tell the wiring job they did
Horrendous it was deleted muilple crossovers the 6 channel amp the low pass was burnt out of from horrible load range they were set at
Deleted the aftermarket CD changer
Why the Boston acoustic cross overs I dunno was ridiculous

Just a little of the wiring I had to dig thru the dash to remove

Gonna do a nana 400 watt RMS 2 channel class D amp and run these fellas down to 2 ohms per channel
Run my door and rear speakers right of deck for my highs and mids
Simplified instead of what ever they were trying to accomplish

Amplifier used for a UTV / ATV / Motorcycle
This way it's easy enough to hide

Ordering my power bastards alternator
Get it installed and what ever else I come across that I feel will need to be upgraded as well
I dont like go in an out of this car no more then I have to
When I do the more I wanna kick myself for it

Talk about retro should match up with the car year nicely
(DVC) bazooka tubes - first gens
Wow that's crazy that you posted this. I had one installed a month after I purchased my vr4 back in 1992 and 30 years later it still hits as hard as the first day I had it installed. I would definitely use them in your car. Like you Said they are retro and plus they sound great. I will never take my tube out.
Great work and enjoy

Use this stuff a good amount keeps my inner cooler pipes from rubbing on one another
Small hidden pieces here and there knocks down noise as well

Next thing on the list oil cooler
Get the clearance I want for AN fittings
Then I'll move to the rear turbo get it set and all the bolts torqued down
She will be ready for a prime crank after I get all the rest of fluids / oil filter from parts store be ready to Flash a base tune to the chrome and let her idle while I'm bleeding coolant and getting the air out of power steering system
:p

Now to address the heat issue with the charge pipes

Heat blanket
Gonna wrap them 2 foot across both front and back - Charge pipes in the exhaust manifold areas ( hot spots ) this will kill the heat getting to the charged air going to the front mount innercooler
As i really just take things and twist it to my own liking

^ ^ ^ ^ ^
This will be cut and laided down first
Adhesive on the reverse side to help me in the next step of this process

Next step
With this exhaust wrap instead of me wrapping the exhaust manifold which is stock
This will be wrapped round the charge pipe just in the hot areas laying over top of the heat blanket
