I could certainly include Maryland in this unless (for some really really wierd reason) somebody has some objection. Hell at the same time I'll throw Delaware in it too (I'm not seeing a huge membership from them, but at the same time it would be hard for them to have a separate chapter). We'll see how this works out as we seem to keep expanding, but hey we can always get smaller later or break apart if need be.
