Well, I managed to tear the head off the oil line bolt on the front turbo. Anyone know how to remove what's left of it without removing the turbo or radiator (which rules out the idea of drilling it, I'd end up with piles of metal shavings on the turbo shaft which is really really bad)? There's about 3mm worth of bolt left above the threads, but I'm not sure as to what I can use.

(This is really pissing me off. I've waited for my turbos for a month and a half now, and then a major bolt goes and breaks. Woohoo. more waiting.)

Thanks for any advice, I really need it right now.

You can try a stud removal tool. Have you seen them? They look like a standard socket with an insert. You can get a cheap set for around $20 which comes in sizes 6, 8, 10, 12 mm. I can dig up a link if you like.

I think I have enough room to get a pair of pliers in there and slowly twist it out. :) Thanks though!

If pliers dont work, then get an easy-out set. They work wonders!
