Call Mitsubishi and give them the serial no. and they will give code no.

The VIN you enter does not need to be one that the radio originally belonged to.

Thanks, I have tried this, called Mitsu dealer, filled out the trouble form online and still have not had a response or call back…
Anyone else?

Looks like your serial number or part number you posted here is incorrect. I tried requesting a code with that information and the website gives this message:

Can you post a picture of the part and serial numbers on the radio?
