The last time I had an issue with my boost pressure going from 14psi down to 7 or 8psi was when I had a turbo stop functioning. I would look for a missing wastegate actuator clip on the lever connected to the wastegate door on the 9B hot housing, or check for a jammed CHRA on the turbocharger, like possibly a center cartridge that has been coked up with burned oil deposits and seized a shaft. I doubt you have leaks, but if you have checked and haven’t come across anything that would tell you that you have a pressure leak, it’s time to look at your 13T’s and Start diagnosing for a bad Wu Tang War Whistle.....
