Plug Wires

I have been generally told that magnecor 8.5 are good to go on my 1993 stealth n/a dohc. At the same time I am told that the wires are different for the 3000gt as my stealth has a coil and the 3000gt does not?? Can someone clear this up for me or perhaps suggest a spot that knows for sure what magnecor wires I need? Thanks
