Hey all. I had posted this in an old thread before I realized it may not be the best place for it to get seen.

I'm just wondering if anyone would know how I might be able to contact Mrs Ninja - Vicki?
My first concern is that she is ok, but I've been trying to reach her about some orders I'm still waiting for.
I'm not on FB or I would have tried there first. A few weeks ago I tried the couple of email addresses I had for Ninja Performance but obviously they're not used or checked anymore.
I didn't realize until recently Vicki was a member here so last week I tried a private message but haven't had a reply.
I just want to see what parts in my orders she has and doesn't have and see what we can work out between us.
Any suggestions or help in contacting her would be greatly appreciated.

on Facebook she is easily reachable, so maybe get on facebook!

As I said I'm not on facebook and was really hoping I didn't have to join just to get in contact with someone.
If that's going to be my only option I guess I might have to.
No reason to ignore emails if still running their business.
Hi @ChargerX3. I guess you could say that the business is not actually "running" at the moment.
I tried emailing before Xmas when I saw the website was down and am a little worried my orders have somehow been overlooked or forgotten.
I've ordered from Ninja many times over the years without issue.
If this was a less trusted or unknown (to me) vendor I would have already used an official channel to get my money back but I'm pretty sure it's just a case of making contact to discuss.
The way I understood it was that after Chris passed away it took Vicky a while to go through the motions. She had to bury her husband, then she had to sort out all of his affairs while simultaneously getting out a few orders here and there. It was probably very difficult for her because Chris may have had these orders in all sorts of states and scattered all over the place. And we gotta remember there was well over 200 active orders at Chris’s passing. So She probably only got some sent out that were ready to go and I think she just did the best she could with the rest of the orders. Some people may not end up getting any part of their orders ever. She may have found and sent out all there was to find. It’s also possible she may be going through some health issues of her own and that takes priority over everything else. She may be done with NP forever as there is no parts to get and no one to help her run the business. She just may have moved on..I do know in one email that she sent to me she said Chris had tools and parts all over the place. And we correlated over several months about her difficulties compiling my orders and there were miscommunications and so on and so forth..I think overall she couldn’t locate a couple pieces to my orders but I was okay with that because I was getting my clutch kit and that was the most important part! Overall a very difficult and strenuous time for this woman and i myself am grateful for what she was able to do for us 3000/Stealth lovers.

I think you've got me a bit more concerned than I already was @Marshja3. Both for Vicki's wellbeing and my orders.
I've got 4 orders owing with lots of OEM bits amongst others. I was in contact with them not long before Chris passed and he said they were just waiting for some of the items in my orders. I had thought Vicki was going to keep the business going once she got herself sorted out but was having so much trouble from their suppliers due to the covid shipping issues and it all got put on hold.
My concern now is that I've been waiting so long, many of the parts I want are no longer available. Also I'm from Australia and I don't know how the exchange rate works when it comes to refunds. It was significantly better - for me - when I placed my orders.
I’m sorry if I scared you ,I am worried about vicky as well. All I can really think of is too wait and see what happens, or you can try the FB option as well.
No. All good mate. I think I'm going to have to try the FB option. I don't want to leave it any longer. I probably should've got in touch with her sooner. I was trying to give her space to get sorted out. I'm getting a friend to show me how FB works - yeah embarrassing - in the next day or so. I don't want to escalate the situation so I hope it works. I'll update on how I go.

Just an update for everyone. I have got a message back from Vicki and now we can work out what to do with my orders.
It was through the Ninja FB page. Couldn't work out which 'Vicki Hill' was the right one but didn't need to anyway.
Thanks to all with your advice and well wishes as it has done the trick.
