I think it was the first year Lori gave each of us a list of things to do. I still have mine (may still have the email with everyone's duties). Anyway, it is a good way to think about all that is needed and to be sure someone is covering it. Especially with new people, I think we should do it again.

My goal is to document things "to do" and when we've got that then assign things to people as needed.

I'll keep the 1st post in each thread updated based on the disucssion in the body of the thread.

Just an update for everyone, I've called a meeting with my local chapter guys this scoming Saturday the 11th. We plan to spend most of the afternoon and evening sitting around brainstorming with potential ideas, and finding out who knows who, and what they can get.

We've come up with some pretty good ideas, and I'll post the first part of next week a ballpark idea.
