any local mechanics in the myrtle beach area who can work on my 1991 3000gt vr4 ?
my car is running but stalling once it gets hot.. I just picked up the car from a kid who got it from someone else... this kid had no idea bout the car and i dont have much info.. im trying to find out why this is happening.. i really need to get it too a shop who works on cars like this...

There are a lot of things it could be. I have heard similar problems from a couple people that were caused by the ECU being bad. Stealth316 has a guide here Stealth 316 - ECM Removal that might help out with an inspection.

It's running a jester chrome ECU

Is the car stock? Is the ECU properly set up? Jester’s page www.chromedECU.org has directions on properly setting it up for the specific year and specs. It is probably a good idea to verify. With Chrome you have the ability to datalog and see live data. You will need a Tactrix cable and EvoScan, I am sure there are other ways as well but this way is pretty well documented.

That’s the right cable. Do you have EvoScan EvoScan ECU Reflash Tuning & Datalogging ? This is a good starting point Chromedecu.org | Getting Started
Basically if you can see live data or even datalog and look after the fact the issue may be easily identified.
