today around 10pm i when to test my car with my G-Tec
so i did a few passes the first tow passes were [email protected] no Nitrous Oxide and i was about to go home and decided to do a final pass I switched my Nitrous injector size to 110 and i set the boost to 15psi i set my stage rev limiter to 4500 .. i get ready rev dump the clutch (like I always do every time i race) hit My UNIT fisrt gear bounced off the rev limiter it just when so fast i shift to second tires trip and then third and finally fourth gear I stop the G-tech has a reading of [email protected]
the i step of the car to let it cool down , when i notice something that was leaking under the car , I get my flash light and look under the car when i notice something terrible
a crack on the transmission case about 8inches long :(

anyways anyone here has a 1993 traniny 5 speed AWD for sell???

Some things I've heard

I have seen several posts for J-Spec and Kormex. You're definately not the first to need a new tranny. I've had a few synchro's replaced myself. Please post with your experiences and let us know your costs/problems/successes. Good Luck.

my friend got his rebuild at Kormex, but my internals are still good ( I think) cause i can still shift up and down , is just that has a big crack all across the front...
I'll give Kormex a call and check if they have one in stock ..

How much would frank charge for a rebuilt tranny and transfer case?
