The front O2 sensor on my 91TT is reading 0 volts on the ECU diagnostic port. I have just ordered shop manuals and the TMO datalogger to help with the troubleshooting.

Does anyone have any good ideas on where to start looking for the short? I know that the O2 sensor is good. Thanks

P.S. I have a VPC so there is an added harness on the ECU.

Open your hod and look in your engine compartment. See the section of flex hose right in the front by the radiator? Just to the right of that is a black connector. It's just down and to the right of the oil cap. That's the fron/upper O2 sensor connector. The white wire carries the signal....
